What is it?
The ENERJİTEM 500kVA Three-Phase Isolation Transformer, 480Vac Input / 400Vac Output, is a high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial power conditioning and voltage conversion device manufactured by ENERJİTEM. This transformer performs two critical functions simultaneously and facility-wide: providing full galvanic isolation and step-down voltage conversion.
Designed with a specific high-capacity turns ratio, it accepts a high-voltage 480V three-phase AC input and steps it down to a standard European 400V three-phase output. Since the primary and secondary copper windings are physically separate, power is only transferred through electromagnetic induction.
This design eliminates any direct electrical connection between the grid and the load, making it a robust safety barrier and a heavy-duty industrial filter against severe and widespread power quality issues, while precisely meeting the voltage requirements of large machinery lines.
Where is it used?
This transformer is used at the main electrical distribution entry point in large industrial factories, manufacturing facilities, or heavy infrastructure projects that rely on a 480V three-phase grid but need to power extensive systems designed for modern European standard 400V grid voltages.
