What Is It?
The ENERJİTEM 500kVA Three-Phase Isolation Transformer, 400Vac Input / 208Vac Output, is a high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial device for power conditioning and voltage conversion, manufactured by ENERJİTEM. This transformer performs two primary functions simultaneously at a facility-wide level: providing complete galvanic isolation and performing significant voltage step-down.
The transformer is designed with a high-capacity, specific turns ratio, accepting a European standard 400V three-phase AC input and stepping it down to a North American standard 208V low-voltage three-phase output. As the primary and secondary copper windings are physically separated, power is only transferred through electromagnetic induction.
This design eliminates any direct electrical connection between the grid and the load, making it a robust safety barrier and a heavy-duty industrial filter against severe and wide-ranging power quality issues, while meeting the precise voltage requirements of large machinery networks.
Where Is It Used?
This transformer is used at the main electrical distribution entry point in large industrial factories, heavy manufacturing facilities, or extensive infrastructure projects that rely on a 400V three-phase grid and need to power high-capacity commercial or industrial equipment networks designed for North American standard 208V three-phase systems.
With its massive 500kVA capacity, typical applications include entire wings within data centers, high-production commercial printing floors, large-scale medical imaging departments, production-level CNC machining plants, and heavy manufacturing equipment lines imported from the US or Canada, which require a precise, isolated, and ultra-clean 208V high-current power source to operate continuously without the risk of ground loops or harmful electrical noise coming from the lines.
