A 220-230 VAC Monophase Switch Mode Rectifier takes standard 220V single-phase alternating current (grid power) and converts it to highly stable 48 VDC direct current, supporting up to 100 Amps of current (capable of handling/charging 100 Ah battery banks). It uses high-frequency switching technology to deliver efficient, clean, and regulated power.
Primary Usages

Telecommunications: Standard 48V is the global DC voltage standard for telecom. These rectifiers power cell towers, broadband networks, routers, and switching stations.
Battery Charging & Backup: The 100 Ah capacity rating means this rectifier can charge or float massive banks of 48V batteries (such as VRLA or Lithium-Ion). During a power outage, the batteries seamlessly take over to keep systems running.

Why "Switch Mode" (SMPS)?
Unlike older transformer-based rectifiers (which are bulky and heavy), switch-mode rectifiers use high-frequency switching to drastically reduce size and weight. They are compact, hot-swappable, very energy-efficient (often >95%), and offer excellent voltage regulation and built-in protection (over-current, short-circuit, and over-voltage)
