How Does It Work in the Regulator? (Operating Principle)RG-72 control screen works in a continuous cycle with measurement, decision-making and triggering steps within the regulator system: 1. Continuously Measures Voltage: The device measures the electricity entering the regulator from the network (input voltage) and the electricity going from the regulator to the load (output voltage) by sampling many times per second. It presents these values to the user live in the LED digits on the screen.2. Controls the Servo Motor. If the mains voltage drops or rises, the device detects the deviation of the output voltage. In order to keep the output voltage constant at the ideal value of 220V, it sends a command to the servo motor inside the regulator to turn right or left. The servo motor instantly corrects the voltage by moving the coals on the variator (transformer).3. Checks Safety and Protection Limits (Relay Control) There are lower and upper limit protection values determined from the device's menu (Ex: P.04 and P.05 parameters). Normal Status: If the output voltage is within safe limits, the Out LED on the device turns on and the regulator continues to supply electricity to the system. Error Status: If the mains voltage drops or rises so much that even the servo motor cannot correct it, the RG-72 internal relay turns off the output. cuts off its electricity (switches to protection). It also gives an error warning with an audible buzzer. Automatic Reset: When the voltage returns to safe limits, the device counts down for a preset waiting time and then safely re-introduces electricity to the system.
